The Future of New World: What to Expect
A few months ago we shared with you, our valued community, that no additional content would come to New World: Aeternum after the Nighthaven seasonal update. We also said more details on what’s happening next, alongside other essential information, would soon follow. Today, we’re here to share updates and provide transparency on where the game goes from here.
New World: Aeternum will officially be taken offline from all platforms on January 31, 2027. On January 15, 2026, the title will be delisted and no longer available for purchase. Players will still be able to play New World: Aeternum on their purchased platform, and we are extending the Nighthaven season until the servers are taken offline on January 31, 2027.
We want to thank the players for your dedication and passion. We are grateful for the time spent crafting the world of Aeternum with you. Together we built something special. While we are saddened to say goodbye, we’re honored that we were able to share so much with the community.
It has been our pleasure to work on New World: Aeternum and evolve this unforgettable adventure with you all. We look forward to one more year together, and giving this fantastic adventure a sendoff worthy of a legendary hero. From the bottom of all our hearts, thank you for sharing this world with us.

SUMMON YOUR MOUNT
Master horses, dire wolves, and lions, each with a unique look, dyeable equipment and a name you can set. Level up your Riding Trade Skill to earn upgrades like increased speeds, buffs and higher tier consumable food for your mount.

로아같은 탑뷰는 싫고 디아블로는 지겹고 와우는 올드하고 피오이는 너무 어려웠던 나 rpg유목인생 이겜저겜 찍먹 해보다가 드디어 만난 저 모든 게임의 중간지점 이맛도 저맛도 아닌 삼삼한 맛........ 그렇게 재밌지도 그렇게 재미없지도 않은 계속 찾게되는 이상한 게임 250시간 기준 직장생활 하면서 굉장히 천천히 즐겼는데 아직 즐길게 많이 남았습니다 장점 : 잘 만든 게임 / 한패 없어도 진심 겁나 잘 할 수 있음 (작성자 영알못) 직업이 없음, 아무 무기나 들고 내맛에 맞는 캐릭터 육성 가능 언제든지 스킬 및 스텟 변경가능 단점 : 한글패치가 없어서 한국에 인지도가 많이 떨어져 정보얻기가 매우 어렵습니다 친구 없으면 더럽게 재미없습니다 노가다가 심합니다 솔로플레이가 후반가면 많이 힘듭니다 갓겜의 기준만 바득바득 올라가는 이 세상에... 그냥저냥 삼삼한 게임 조용히 즐기고 싶으신 분들꼐 추천드립니다

영어지만 못할 정도는 아님 퀘스트 따라 진행하면 되서 별로 어렵지 않으나 한글화 좀 제발~~

이 좋은 게임 한글화 제발 부탁드립니다
진입장벽이 높다고 생각하겠지만 그건 영어일뿐이고 번역어플쓰면 나름 해석 다해서 나쁘지않다 그리고 새로운 몹이 맵에 나올때마다 진입장벽크겠지 라고생각하겠지만 놀랍게도 던전외에 모든 몹은 다똑같거나 엄청비슷하게 생겼구 맵도 비슷비슷해서 익숙함에 너무 진입장벽은 낮다 그리고 길안내는 길치면 힘들다 던전가면 나름 진짜 욕나오고 재미없고 긴맵이 초반에있지만 레벨올릴수록 잼있다 근데 단점을 뽑자면 친구없으면 단한명이라도..없으면 절대 하지마라.. 어딜같은 같은 배경을보고 같은몹을보고싶으면 ㄱ...강...강추드림..
야... 너무 재밋는데 같이 할 사람도 없고... 이게 한국인인지 양인인지 듕궉인인지 당췌 알수가 없으니 외롭기만 하구나... 더군다나 양인의 언어로 게임하려 하니 몰입은 안되고 그저 레벨 노가다 하는 기분이로구나... 그거 빼놓고는 너무나 좋구나... 근데 단점 그것이 너무나 크구나...
이상하게 이건 잘 맞음. 혼자 할수있고 인게임서 딱히 돈 안써도 되서 그런건가?
중남미언어까지 지원해주면서 아시아만 배척하는 전형적인 아무존 쉽새들 그러면서 한국게임은 들여놓고있다 11번가랑 합작까지 했으면 한국정도는 힘좀 써줘도 되지않냐?

영어 못해도 할만은 한데 제발 한국어가 나왔으면 하는 바람
인터페이스가 영어인 것만이 아니라 한글 입력이 안된다. 한글로 채팅 자체가 안됨.
한국어 지원 기다렸는데 아직 안 되는거 보면 그냥 해줄 생각이 없는거 같네요

일단 초반지역에서 잘 벗어나질 못하는 중이라 중반 이후부터는 어떤지 잘 모르겠어요. 근데 초반지역이지만 나름 재료 파밍지역도 몇번 돌아다니다 보면 자주 뭉쳐있는 곳들이 눈에 띄이고 무기, 방어구를 제작하다보면 너무 적 레벨이 높지 않는 이상 혼자 5~7마리 정도는 해결가능해짐. 핑이 조금 높아서 한번씩 버벅이긴한데 최소사양보다 조금 낮은 컴퓨터로도 나름 준수하게 하고 있어서 타협만 잘본다면 무난하게 플레이 가능합니다. 단지 마을이나 사람들 많은 지역에 가면 좀 프레임 드랍이 심할순 있습니다. 한글지원이 안되긴 한데...몇몇 단어만 검색해보면 고졸수준 영어로도 충분합니다. 걍 대충 RPG 짬밥이 있으면 뭘해야할지 뭘 뜻하는지 눈치껏 알게되요.ㅎㅎ
게임은 괜찮은데 탈것이나 게임후반 할것들을 유료 dlc에서 따로 판매함.
아니 ㅋㅋㅋ어제 정가주고 사고 2.6시간 하고 나니깐 갑자기 60퍼 세일하네 시이이이팔 게임 자체성은 좋은데 그래픽이 개똥이라 어지러움 참고로 4070ti 쓰고있음 겜이 모드도 2년전꺼 몇개 없고 그마저 버전안맞아서 안됨
아주 개 ㅈ같은 게임 만렙까지 퀘스트하며 버텨왔는데 다음 컨텐츠도 결국 퀘스트 무한반복 일끝나고 편하게 즐기려 게임들어와서 또 일함
출시이후 오류가 끊임없음 지금은 나만 그런건가 업데이트이후 계속 팅김 겜을 못할수준

60렙 찍은 후기 게임은 그냥 저냥 할만했다 클라이언트가 엄청 무겁다 오리지널 할인이라 샀는데 60렙찍고 템페스트 하트인가 던전을 갔다(오리 시절 던전) 만렙은 60인데 드랍되는 아이템 레벨이 60도 아니고 61~64다 그냥 확팩 사라는 얘기 오리지널 사서 오리 컨텐츠하면서 놀아볼 생각이었는데 그것만해도 충분히 100시간 이상 가능할거라 생각했는데 아예 템 레벨 부터 막힌다 몹 레벨은 높은데다 난이도도 높은 편인데 내 템은 60이하 템들만 낄 수 있고 사냥해서 나오는 거는 61레벨 이상이다 더이상 할 수가 없다 패치로 오리유저는 오리템만 나오게끔 해야한다 영어 울렁증 있는 사람들은 게임을 피하라 게임이 나만 접속이 안되는 상황이 몇일 이어졌었다 해당 부분으로 환불을 진행하려 했지만 30시간 즘 진행해서 당연히 안됨 게임을 하게는 만들어줘야지 기술적지원을 받을 수 있는 것도 아니고 팔기만 하면 다인가
게임은 재미있는데 한국유저가 플레이하기에는 너무 번거롭다. 기본적으로 핑이 300~500대로 브이피엔 사용하면 150~200대가 되긴하지만 자꾸 오류나고 멈추고 팅기고..불편해서 못하겠다..

1. 한국어 없음 2. 스킬이 너무 적음 3. 그냥 사람이 없음 한국에서 접속 할 만한 곳이 호주와 북미 서부인데 두 곳다 사람이 없어요
돈 아깝다...
공격 모션이나 스킬 찰져서 몹 패는 맛이 있음. 배경도 맛있기에 모험하는 느낌이 듬. 단점으로는 우선 핑 문제, 언어장벽으로 인한 스토리 시스템 이해 부족. 사전 레딧 뒤져가면서 하려니 준내 귀찮아서 퀘스트 막히는 부분이나 이해 안갈 때만 뒤져봄. 진짜 게임 자체로는 내가 좋아하는 요소는 잘 스까넣었는데 배경이 다 비슷비슷한게 아쉬움. 새로운 필드나 뭐 업데이트가 있으면 좋겠는데 딱히 바뀌는 게 없는 거 보면 손놓은 게 아닌가..싶음.

몇년전이나 정식오픈한 지금이나 버그는 수없이 많음. 이제 강제 유료화 되어 dlc구매해야 정상적게임플레이할수있는데...가격도 비싼편이고 좀 양심없는 것같음. 게임은 재밌는편!!

현 트렌딩한 탑게임
레벨업 하는 과정 자체가 즐거운 게임은 오랜만인듯. mmo를 좋아해서 나오는 모든 게임은 다 해보는 편인데, 개인적으로 게임 플레이로만 봤을땐 길드워2와 함께 현존 mmo중 최고라고 생각함. 아직 엔드컨텐츠를 다 해본건 아니지만 충분히 만족. (반박시 니 말이 맞음)
지금껏 해본 RPG게임중 최고라 말하고 싶다 내가 캐릭터가 되어 모험을 떠나는 느낌이 팍팍 온다고 말해야 할까나 죽여준다

(역 대 급 아 마 존 탕 치 기 게 임) 게임 자체는 시간이 흐르면서 상당히 잘만들어졌음 몇 안되는 pvpve mmo중 갓겜 소리들을 만한 게임이었지만 사상 최초 확장팩 열리고 자본 거하게 빨아서 한달만에 섭종 선언하고 유저 기만한 '그' 게임으로 전락해버림
오픈 월드 아닙니다. 몬헌오리지날 처럼 그냥 한방향으로 나아가는 류 의 게임입니다
