Fight Aliens Using Fantastical Weapons

Play As The Aliens in PVP Versus Mode!
PVP comes to The Anacrusis! The goals are simple, Survivors need to reach the end of the level and the Aliens must keep them from their goal. Take control of the Brute, Flasher, Grabber, Gooper, and Spawner and keep your friends from escaping the level. Tuned for intense co-op PVP play with teams of 2, 3, or 4 players, or take on the bots in a private match to practice playing the aliens.

알림: 비록 비추천으로 작성했지만, 입장은 복합적입니다. 아나크루시스(Anacrusis)는 소규모 인디 개발사가 만든 4인용 Coop 게임/8인용 대전 게임으로, 전반적으로 레포데의 시스템을 차용했으며, 컨셉은 Sci-fi적이면서도 60년대 레트로 삘을 살렸습니다. 스토리는 대부분의 인생을 함선에서 살아온 4인방이 갑자기 나타난 외계인 (감염?)에 저항하여 분투하는 내용입니다. 밸브에서 레프트 4 데드/포탈 시리즈 등을 담당했던 작가, 쳇 팔리첵이 참여하여 스토리/대사 및 게임 밸런스 등을 작업했습니다. (해당 작가의 유튜브 채널에서 관련된 얘기를 종종 들을 수 있죠.) 좋은 점 아나크루시스가 레포데와 차별화되는 점 중 하나는 특전(Perk)입니다. 곳곳에 물질 변환기를 찾아볼 수 있는데, 해당 기기에 E키를 누르고 잠시 기다리면 특전 3개 중 하나를 고르는 창이 뜹니다. 이 기기는 캠페인 곳곳에 숨겨져 있습니다. 특전은 보통 무작위로 3개의 능력/무기 업그레이드를 보여줍니다. 예시를 들자면, 무기 반동 개선, 권총 연발 업그레이드, 끈끈이 수류탄 체력회복 등등이 있겠네요! 참고로 선택했던 특전은 Tab을 눌러서 확인할 수 있습니다. 개인적으로 끈끈이 수류탄으로 빨피인 동료들(봇)에게 던져서 바로 임시회복시키는 건 꽤 만족스럽더군요. 아나크루시스에서는 수류탄의 종류가 다양합니다. 게다가 자주 나오기도 합니다 (심지어 로딩 팁 중 하나는 “수류탄은 흔하니까 부담없이 사용하세요.”라 나옵니다!). 개인적으로 팀포트리스 클래식을 떠올리게 되더라고요. 수류탄의 종류는 소이 수류탄/홀로그램 기폭장치/충격 수류탄/보호막 수류탄/정지 수류탄/소용돌이 수류탄/끈끈이 수류탄이 있습니다. 저는 소용돌이 수류탄이 꽤 좋더라고요. 적들이 빨아들여졌다가 날아가는게 꽤 만족스러워요. 만약 (봇과 같이 할 때) 인간 플레이어가 죽게되어도 게임이 바로 끝나지 않습니다. 레포데와는 달리, 봇이 살아있는 한 게임은 계속 진행됩니다. 그렇게 죽게될 경우, 잠시 후 봇이 부활 비컨을 배치하여 부활시켜줄겁니다. 레포데에서는 생존자가 갇힌 문이 나와야 부활할 수 있었지만, 여기서는 장소불문하고 부활이 가능합니다. Sci-Fi 배경 덕분이죠. 다만 횟수에 제한이 있는지는 모르겠네요. 괜찮은 점 만약 한 곳을 오랫동안 해맨다면 길을 알려주는 알림이 뜹니다. 크게 좋은 건 아니지만, 있으면 괜찮은 요소죠. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3276976386 비록 전 자주 이용하진 않았지만, 팀포2 비슷무리한 도발/감정표현 시스템도 꽤 흥미롭고요. 음악도 그럭저럭 괜찮은 편인거 같고, 적이나 레벨 아트 디자인도 맘에 들고요. 특히 그 푸른 엘리베이터 통로나 여러 건축물들은 포탈을 떠올리게 해요. (F-Stop이 그 이유 중 하나려나요?) SMG 같은 무기 디자인도 맘에 들더라고요. 도전과제를 통해 얻는 스킨/액세서리도 있고요. 캐릭터는 음... 레포데만큼은 아니지만, 꽤 괜찮은 편인거 같아요. 첫 인상은 밋밋하게 보일 수 있지만, 몇몇 대사는 좀 재미있긴 ㅎ... 아... 대사. 나쁜 점 아나크루시스의 큰 단점 중 하나로는 일관적이지 않고, 매우 엉성한 번역입니다. 반말만 할 거 같은 캐릭터가 존댓말을 섞어서 하거나, 대사가 번역체나는게 좀 있고, 고유명사를 그대로 번역하면서도 동시에 음차하는 것을 섞어서 사용합니다. 예시를 들자면, 야수/브루트, 리우/류, 펄스/맥박, 물질 변환기/머터리얼 컴파일러/매터리얼 컴파일러, 플래시/플래셔/점멸기 등등... 가끔 네사가 흥분해서 영어로 ‘Grabber’라고 말하곤 합니다. 그것도 하면서 자주 들었어요. 전부 그렇다 치더라도 못 알아듣게 괴상하게 꼬인 것은 꽤 큰 문제입니다. 특히 물티슈가 뭡니까, 물티슈가. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3256788723 (답: 실패 횟수입니다.) 심지어 물질 변환기의 특전에선 특전 이름이나 설명이 제대로 뜨지 않습니다! https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3276962199 도대체 뭘 골라야 하죠? 무기 사격감은 솔직히 매우 안좋습니다. 맞추든 맞추지 못하든 느낌이 다르지 않아요. 타격감이 제로입니다. 슈터로썬 문제가 있어요. 그리고 봇에 대해서 말인데요. 여전히 레포데처럼 체력킷(혹은 여기선 체력 스캐너)을 아끼지 않으며, 이미 사용한 물질 변환기도 물질 변환기가 있다고 계속 부르짖어서 헷갈리게 합니다. AI는... 아직까진 크게 문제를 격진 않았지만, 그리 좋은 편은 아닙니다. (다만 에피소드 1 세번째 스테이지에서 불의 협곡에서 빠지는건 웃음이 나오긴 하더군요. 나중에 혼자 남은 상태로 세 명 부활시키는 도전과제 깨려고 봇 2명 낙사시키고 나머지 1명도 죽이려고 유인하다가 오히려 제가 빠져죽은 적이 있었죠.) (비록 난이도 노멀로만 돌리긴 했지만), 팀킬이 불가능하고 (가연성 수류탄으로 일부 가능하지만 쓰러뜨리기도 힘듭니다), 게임 도중 해당 레벨 다시 시작하기 옵션이 없습니다. 즉 “배리”를 데리고 다니며 여러 일회용 도전과제를 하고 나서, 다시 해당 레벨부터 다시 시작하려 해도 전부 죽지않는다면 (특히 봇과 같이 한다면), 그냥 처음부터 다시 하는 것이 더 빠릅니다. 가끔 방설정이 기본으로 공개설정이 되기에, 일일이 설정으로 들어가서 비공개로 만들어야 하는 것도 약간 귀찮은 점 중 하나고요. 시간이 되면 좀 나아질 문제지만, 현재로썬 부족한 창작마당 컨텐츠를 뽑을 수 있겠습니다. 맺음말 아나크루시스는 전반적으로 덜 완성된 느낌이 강합니다. 정가에 사는 것보단 세일때 큰 기대 없이 가볍게 즐길 용도로 사시는걸 추천드려요. 레포데가 질릴 때 시도해보니 새롭더라고요.
