실버리오 사가의 첫 번째 작품인 실버리오 벤데타. 영웅담의 주인공과도 같은 캐릭터가 최종보스로 나오며, 그런 강대하고 빛과도 같은 적에게 약자인 주인공이 역습한다는 구도가 매우 신선했던 작품입니다. 작품의 내용은 싸움에 지친 나태한 주인공이 수수께끼의 소녀인 벤데타(역습)와 주변 인물들로 인해 치유되어 과거를 받아들이고 역습을 시작하는 것이 이야기의 주축입니다. 시나리오, 캐릭터, 음악, 배틀, 성우, 연출이 매우 좋았던 작품입니다. 각 루트의 이야기는 좋았으며 특히나 그랜드 루트에서 뽕이 엄청 찼던 작품입니다. 충격적이었던 건 이 작품의 핵심은 영웅의 성공을 그린 왕도적인 스토리가 아니라, 패배자의 역전 스토리이기 때문에 주인공이 아닌 적 캐릭터가 주인공 보정을 받는 최종보스였다는 점입니다. 속편인 실버리오 트리니티도 충분히 재미있는 작품이지만 역시 벤데타에는 미치지 못한 느낌입니다. 실버리오 사가의 마지막 작품인 실버리오 라그나로크는 아직 플레이하지 않아서 평가를 못 내리겠네요. 마사다 작품이랑은 다른 재미가 있습니다. 특히 이 시리즈에서 나오는 '빛' 이라는 광신적인 개념이 신선했습니다. https://youtu.be/fJeltdHpoEg <발제라이드 총통 각하> [code] 평점: ****1/2 [/code]
