DeLight: The Journey Home - Chapter 5 is the fifth and final part of a five-part story.

In Chapter 5, Sammy and Deli continue their journey to Grand Central station, just one train ride away from leaving the war-torn state. A gunfight ensues where a group of rebels are fighting over the control of the train station. After coming so far, the duo has to do everything they can to get on the train. Can they leave together safely, or will the war get the better of them?
