Retro Run is a first-person action-paced platformer with difficult-to-beat enemies, where you can either platform your way through a 80s' synthwave aesthetic or fight your way through dystopian cyberpunk environments where the police has been corrupted by the New Order.

Game Modes:

Currently, there are five game modes in which the gameplay varies. There are two primary types: platforming and shooter.

Platforms

• The original game mode for Retro Run, that involves platforming from tower to tower, collecting crystals while avoiding falling into the endless void below.

Car Ride

• This shooter-type game mode requires jumping from car to car, attempting to evade the corrupted guards.

Islands

• Similar to the Platforms game mode, with additional challenges. Dodge deadly windmills while moving quickly, as the platforms will now collapse if stood upon for too long.

Kill 'em All

• Another shooter-type game mode where you navigate through the New Order's facility, taking down corrupt guards.

Minigames

• This is a mode that is more for fun and highscore focused.

The game has hints of a story, but is not story-based and does not offer a story mode.
