The Cyclist: Tactics is a turn-based pro-cycling tactics and strategy game in which you lead a small team of riders from humble beginnings to topping the podium of a grand tour.

There is a free demo version of The Cyclist: Tactics which offers the following features.

The Game World

Race in a fictional world through a range of procedurally generated tours and classics, each individually themed to ensure that every session is unique and different. Featuring changeable weather, an original, multi-layered soundtrack that adjusts to the current race situation, and a board-game-like aesthetic, The Cyclist: Tactics provides an engaging visual and audio experience as you put your tactical skills to the test.

Race Tactics & Resource Management

Guide a team of up to four riders through multi-day tours and gruelling classics. Use your riders’ strengths to your advantage while utilizing team strategy to offset their weaknesses. Slipstream and positioning are vitally important, as is the varied terrain with flats, hills, mountains, tricky technical, and cobble sections that influence rider performance. There is no dice rolling in The Cyclist: Tactics to either save you or screw you over; you have just your decision making to blame.
