Lovely Planet Remix extends the original game with a variety of drastic variations that impose restrictions like no mid-air control, no jumping, slower movement & bullet drop among others in the vein of older retro shooters with non-standard control schemes, some of which are designed intentionally to be unwieldy, cumbersome and annoying to play by modern standards.
