The soundtrack is going to be available in your library and on the game page itself under "Additional Soundtrack", but in case you want to access the files directly: right click on your game in Steam library, select "properties" -> go to "local files" tab -> click on "browse local files." The soundtrack is located in the game's "Soundtrack" folder.
