이 게임은 이전 작인 "Pill Puzzle"처럼 시간제한이 없고 약의 모양, 색깔 그리고 위치에 따라서 약을 포장해야 하는 퍼즐 게임입니다. 단지 전작과 비교해 추가된 요소는 반창고인데, 실제로 반창고가 이 게임을 전작보다 아주 더 어렵게 만들지는 않고 약간만 더 복잡하게 할 뿐입니다. 이 게임도 전체적으로 어렵지 않고 전체 레벨을 클리어하는 데 2시간이면 충분하다고 생각합니다.
