The Black Heart Soundtrack features a fusion of dark classic music, goth rock, heavy metal and a creepy ambient vibe.

Created by Andres Borghi, the soundtrack also includes songs by Pablo Borghi ("Chaos and death" and "The daughter of the prince"), Miguel Borzi ("Columns") and the voice of Natacha Nocetti in "Red".
