How It’s Made
As a self-taught solo developer, I handle the majority of the art, writing, and coding for ‘Symbiotic: Invasion,’ balancing this passion with a full-time job. Initially planned as a premium webcomic, the project evolved into a Visual Novel using the CloudNovel engine. Facing engine constraints and issues with the engine’s maintainer, I switched to using Monogatari. After months of learning and coding, the game was successfully ported to the new engine. Over the years, the game has gone through a complete overhaul, major visual enhancements, and coding upgrades to greatly improve its quality and player experience.
