Due to the production limitations, the interceptors are produced one at a time, and for specific tasks that are unknown to anyone. Occasionally this AI-controlled ship can often be encountered in the Jericho sectors.
One of the Kusarigama’s main advantages is the Avionics-K onboard electronic complex, designed specifically for the new interceptor. In many ways, it is because of this system that the ship has great efficiency. The shrapnel kinetic weapon, common for Jericho ships, has been significantly redesigned and enhanced, and the active and special modules allow the pilot to destroy the full range of possible targets.
So far, neither the Sentinels nor the Mendes family have been able to obtain the blueprints of Kusarigama for further research and production. According to the Liu Family, in the future it is planned to supply the UMC with a weakened version of the Kusarigama for testing by mercenaries.
