Forgotten Lands: Online is a free online multiplayer RPG.

• Enjoy an open world that you can explore without much limitation.

• Customize and perfect your character build by sifting through the hundreds of items you can obtain.

• Create a party to play with a few social players. Create or join a Guild to team up with a large group of players. Befriend those special players you encounter during your journey to connect and become real friends!

• Battle through hoards of monsters throughout to game world, including world boss monsters! Or enter a dimensional realm to fight bosses in a private instance where other players cannot enter!

• Battle other players in the PVP Zone for a chance to nab their equipment!

• Participate in mini-games that happen at certain times of the day!

• Compete against everyone in the official ranking!

The game is currently in an Open Alpha state, and will be updated regularly.

• We do not plan to ever wipe player data or progress.

• There has been zero data wipes, and zero data loss of player data since we began developing the game in 2021.

Server Reboot Schedule...

The server will automatically restart itself every day.

• Resets everyday @11:59 (UTC)

• The server may be offline for up to 5 minutes while it reboots.

*The server also checks if it is offline, so if the server were to ever crash, it will automatically reboot itself. Just please wait a few minutes if the server goes offline.

Game Lore...

There once was a lost world. A story of monsters and humans. They lived among each other for centuries. But something was happening. The world was changing. The world was dying.  This world was abundant with life and sustainability. However, it all came to an unfortunate halt after the world became dark, the monsters became cursed, and the world began to die.

VPN Connection Not Supported...

The game server requires a UDP connection, which is incompatible with most VPN services. As a result, you may not be able to log into the game while connected through a VPN. To prevent any connectivity issues, we recommend not using a VPN when trying to access the game.

Controller, Gamepads, and Steam Deck...

You can play the game using a controller, gamepad, or Steam Deck. Button/key remapping can be done either through Steam Input controller configuration or directly in the game via the options menu under Controls. Most controllers and gamepads have enough buttons to map all essential game controls. However, they do not support navigating game menus, typing in the chat box, or entering text into other input fields.
