When the supervillains took over King City, they made sure there was no competition. First they defeated the superhero team who defended the city, and then they outlawed superhuman powers. Except their own.
Now, twenty years later, one of those original heroes has returned. Doctrine is back, and he's putting together a team of young, unproven supers to take on the evils of the city.
As you explore the world of Capes, you'll recruit new heroes with a range of powers and abilities, and try to undo the damage the villains have done.
