You’ll be assigned exciting missions to save patients in distress. From the Ambulance Center, hit the roads of the hectic open world of Le Mascaret! Dodge traffic jams, zigzag between accidents and exploit audacious shortcuts.

When you reach them, the challenge continues: stabilize their vital signs through quick and intuitive mini-games (immobilisation, disinfection, injection, ...). Is your patient’s health degrading en route? No problem, administer treatments as you drive! Precision and a cool head will be your allies as you keep your patients healthy while you transport them…

Improvisation, adaptation and determination will be your watchwords to triumph over obstacles and save lives. So put on your uniform, switch on the siren and prove that nothing can stop you!

Work as a team and become a valuable part of the city

Visit the various city services available to assist you on your mission: repair and customize your ambulance in a Garage with various unlockable upgrades, choose your treatment tools in a Pharmacy and access the city's most reliable traffic information in the neighborhood’s Town Hall.

Do your best to eventually move up the ranks! You'll obtain the trust of your peers and will be allowed to use more advanced tools!
