intimate Swordplay
one of my main focuses in this game is to create a engaging close quarters combat system, no fancy cartwheel triple jumps that send your character 10 feet in the air or flashy 5 button combos, just close intimate swordplay. finding gaps in your opponents defenses before they find find a gap in yours. maneuver around shields, parry and deflect attack, and counter when you find an opening or create one yourself.
intercontinental Platformer/rpg
unlike most action-platformers and metroidvanias this game has a expansive RPG-like overworld with caves, forests, mountains, towns and dungeons with secrets, oddities and danger everywhere you go.

Im very passionate about making a world feel like a living breathing space, where every NPC, home, & village feels like a small part of a larger living, breathing world. there are secrets hidden behind every corner, people with routines and relationships, places with cultural beliefs and histories.
