BETA DEMO for Stratoskirmish; an upcoming industrial war themed vertical shoot 'em up game.

Players control fighterplanes and combat enemy ground forces. Fighters are equipped with front-facing autoguns which can be upgraded with collected powerups.
Fighters may also deploy an 'Aerotorpedo' special weapon; a group of small, radio-command aircraft. These may used to provide additional firepower and protection, or may be launched forward in a high-damage offensive attack to quickly destroy targets in a pinch.

Players earn points by shooting and destroying enemies, and additional score may be obtained by collecting gold items dropped by some destroyed enemies and by destroying bossparts. Bonuses are awarded for survival, enemy kills, and gold item collection serving to provide additional scoring opportunities for skilled players.
