In this demo for tactical martial arts roguelike Forestrike, you can get an early taste of the game’s unique Foresight ability. Practice a battle as many times as you like in your mind—but if you're defeated in the actual fight, your run ends.

Old Master Talgun, who rejects violence and believes the will to harm is a negative force, will teach you the advanced techniques of the Leaf style, a school of martial arts focusing on defence and evasion. It is one of five schools, and the demo will be updated with other kung-fu masters over time.

Mastering the Leaf style will allow you to deftly evade and manipulate your opponent’s positioning and attacks, disarm or turn their weapons against them, and capitalize on their mistakes.
