The latest in this modular platform, now in its 3rd generation, has been built since 2011. Featuring the latest technologies and a sturdy new design, the TRAXX “AC3” can be configured to run almost anywhere, and is in fact used in throughout Europe as well as Israel. For Germany, Deutsche Bahn placed an order for multiple variants of the loco, including 110 of the F140 AC3; these would be used for hauling freight, and were classified as the DB BR 187.

그 밋밋한 독일 기차들 중에서는 독보적으로 개성 있게 생겨서 사기는 했고, 어느 정도 만족합니다. 안 좋은 평가들도 다 맞기는 한데, 저는 생각보다는 많이 몰게 되더라고요. 다만 3인칭 시점에서 볼 때 소리가...되게 큰데, 혼자만 유달리 커서 실제 기차도 이 정도인가 싶어요.
