Abandoned Souls is a realistic horror game created in the style of found footage.
Plot:
The player takes on the role of a video blogger, Tim, who loves to explore abandoned places. This time Tim sets off to explore an old abandoned hospital in the midst of a deep forest, to capture exclusive footage for his viewers.
Rumor has it the hospital was somehow connected to a case of disappearances in the area in 1985.
Average game time: 30 to 60 minutes.

그래픽이 준수하다. 약간의 화면 노이즈가 있지만 오히려 어두운 곳에서 카메라로 촬영하는 느낌이라 더욱 몰입할 수 있었음. 앞이 잘 보이지 않는 낯선 장소에 갇힌 상황에서, 주변에서는 이상한 소음이 들리고, 누군가 지켜보는듯한 불안감이 매우 잘 표현되었다. 갑툭튀 깜놀도 많은 편. 주변을 탐색하는 워킹 시뮬레이터 게임이라 급박한 추격전은 없기 때문에 (비교적) 마음 편하게 플레이하기 좋았다. 한글 자막이 없지만 주인공의 대사는 간단한 수준의 영어라서 알아듣기 쉬웠고, 쪽지들은 몇 가지 어려운 단어들이 등장하지만 대충 훑어봐도 스토리 파악이 가능해서 괜찮았다. 여러모로 잘 만든 인디 공포게임. 추천!
