- 2 New Accessories (Christian Cross - Boosts morale and protects against sickness, shield)
- 1 New consumable (Western medicine - significantly powerful medicine that can heal the deepest of wounds or the worst of sicknesses)
- 1 New loot item (Western notes - paper currency from Western nations, worth much more than Ryo, but can be exchanged for it, can be found in containers)
- Headquarters smuggler shop upgrade (The Smuggler's shop in your headquarters is upgraded with the new items added to the shop list)
- 1 Pistol, 1 pouch of ammo, 5 western notes, 3 western medicine, 10 influence, and 15 Ryo added instantly to your supply cache
