이 게임은 반응의 속도와 기교가 중독성이 있게 도전하는 게임이다.흰구름은 화면 하단에 지속적으로 나타나며 지속적으로 위로 이동한다.플레이어는 a, d를 통해 캐릭터를 좌우로 움직이게 한다. 화면 위로 구름이 올라오거나 가시를 밟게 되면 플레이어의 캐릭터가 데미지를 입고 피가 아물게 된다.게임 중에 아이템이 있어 피를 더하거나 되돌려줄 수 있다.게임 내 일정 점수를 획득하면 미녀 컷을 해제할 수 있습니다.
