Obesity Simulator is a survival game, that requires you to choose what you eat carefully. Control your arms to reach food you want to eat while avoiding unfavorable food items. Try to maintain a reasonable weight, eat too much and you die from obesity, eat too little and you can starve. Different food items have different effects on your body so eat wisely or your bad diet choices can result in cancer or worse. The more food you eat the higher the score you can get. The main goal of the game is to survive and eat as much as possible.

Controls: WASD or arrow keys to control left arm and mouse to control right arm.
