Estate Empire is a strategy game where your goal is to become the ultimate investor. Compete with other players and craft a strategy to win. Acquire properties and claim ownership of streets and districts. However, be vigilant, as your opponents may strategically invest in the same areas to ruin your plans.

Main features

Buy, Upgrade and Manage

Your role will be that of a real estate investor, meaning to purchase as many properties as possible. However, you can also upgrade your properties to increase your income and set your own rental prices. But beware, if you demand too high a rent, your tenants may prefer to move out.

Own streets and districts

Each street and districts has its own advantages that will influence your properties. It can provide you with bonuses or penalties, such as more income but slower upgrades. You will need to be cautious about these factors when purchasing properties. Streets and districts can be owned by possessing the majority of properties on a street and the majority of streets in a districts. Owning a street or districts will grant you more bonuses.

Become the new mayor

Run for the election of the next mayor. To have a better chance of being elected, you will need to gain reputation among your tenants. As mayor, you will have the power to create and repeal laws to gain an advantage over your opponents.

Cards

At the beginning, each player will have 5 cards in their deck, and you will regularly receive new cards during the game. Cards can provide you with bonuses, such as free properties or a temporary increase in your income. You can also use them to slow down the progress of your opponents.
