■Nambu Line

The Nambu Line is a 35.5 km long line connecting Kawasaki Station in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture and Tachikawa Station in Tachikawa City, Tokyo.
The predecessor of the Nambu Line was a private railroad company, Nambu Railway, which opened between Kawasaki Station and Noborito Station in 1927 for the purpose of transporting gravel from the Tama River. Later, in 1929, the entire line between Kawasaki and Tachikawa Stations, in its present form, was opened.
It is a commuter and school route that intersects with the Chuo Line rapid service radiating from central Tokyo, private railway lines, Yokosuka Line, Tokaido Line, and many other lines, connecting them in a circle, and is used as an important means of access between central Tokyo and the Tama region in the southern northern part of Kanagawa Prefecture.
Many electronics manufacturers and IT-related companies are located along the line, and the Musashi-Kosugi Station area is lined with high-rise condominiums as well as natural scenery such as the Tama River. The area is also characterized by many boat and bicycle racetracks and horse racing tracks.
In 2011, rapid transit service was restored for the first time in 32 years, and currently the fastest connection from Kawasaki Station to Tachikawa Station is 43 minutes.

    The Musashino Freight Line runs alongside from the left and crosses the Tama River. In the middle of the bridge, you will enter Fuchu City, Tokyo.

    You can see the connecting passageway leading from Fuchuhommachi Station to the racecourse on the right. It is crowded on race days.
    Musashino Line/Fuchuhommachi Station
    The upper and lower lines of the Nambu Line are arranged with the Musashino Line and Musashino Freight Line in the middle.
  • Farewell to the Musashino Line / Fuchuhommachi Station - Bubaigawara Station
    The Nambu Line makes a sharp left turn and partes with the Musashino Line.
  • Bridge over the railway / Fuchuhommachi Station - Bubaigawara Station
    This bridge is now a greenway, but the Japan National Railways Shimogawara line used to run across it.
  • Level crossing with the Keio Line / Bubaigawara Station
    At the end of the platform at Kappegahara Station, there is a level crossing with the Keio Dentetsu Main Line.。
  • Chuo Line merging / Nishi-Kunitachi Station - Tachikawa Station
    The Chuo Line from Tokyo merges from the right and runs parallel toward Tachikawa Station.

■Nambu Branch Line

The Nambu Branch Line is a 4.1 km long line connecting Shitte Station in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture and Hama-Kawasaki Station in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
It does not operate directly with the Nambu Line, but operates a short distance to Hama-Kawasaki Station as a branch line that splits from the Nambu Line's Shitte Station. The opening of a new station, Odasakae Station, in March 2016 was also a major topic of conversation. The line runs between industrial areas and quiet residential areas.

■Tsurumi Line

The Tsurumi Line is a 9.7 km long line connecting Tsurumi Station in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture and Ogimachi Station in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
In addition to the main line connecting Tsurumi Station and Ogimachi, the line has two branch lines: the Umi-Shibaura branch line, which branches off from Asano Station and connects to Umi-Shibaura Station, and the Okawa branch line, which branches off from Musashi-Shiraishi Station and connects to Okawa Station. Since the station is located in the Keihin Industrial Zone, it is used as a commuter stop by people commuting to factories along the line. Umi-Shibaura Station, along with Omigawa Station on the Shin-etsu Line and Rikuzen-Otsuka Station on the Senseki Line, is known as a station adjacent to the sea, and the Keihin Canal can be seen from the platform. Also, stray cats live in Ogimachi and Asano Stations and greet passengers as they please. Despite its proximity to the city, the line has a loose atmosphere.

Highlight

  • Former Honzan Station/Tsurumi Station - Kokudo Station
    The platform-like structure where the upper and lower lines are separated is the former Honzan Station. This station was opened as the nearest station to Sojiji Temple, but was closed during the war.
  • Light blue railway bridge / Tsurumi Station - Kokudo Station
    The bridge straddles many railway lines, including the Yokosuka Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Tokaido Line, Tokaido Freight Line, and Keihin Electric Express Railway. A little further on, it also crosses the Daiichi Keihin Road (the road used for the Hakone Ekiden).
  • Station with a sharp curve/Kokudo station
    This station has a platform in the middle of a curve, so care must be taken when getting on and off the train. The station is famous for its strong Showa-era atmosphere under the elevated railway tracks.
  • Tsurumi River/Kokudo Station - Tsurumiono Station
    Cross the Tsurumi River.
  • Tsurumi Line Office / Tsurumiono Station - Bentembashi Station
    Cars of the Tsurumi Line and Nambu Branch Line are detained here. Train Crews are also managed here.
  • Branch to Umi-Shibaura Branch Line/Bentembashi Station - Asano Station
  • Asahi Canal/Asano Station - Anzen Station
    Cross the Asahi Canal.
  • Freight Line/Anzen Station
    The tracks of the adjacent freight station are lined up. Tank freight trains transporting jet fuel arrive and depart.
  • Branch to Okawa branch line / Anzen Station - Musashi-Shiraishi Station
    Trains bound for Okawa turn right.
  • Light blue girder bridge / Anzen station - Musashi-Shiraishi station
    Entering Kawasaki City from Yokohama City.

    The Okawa branch line separates to the right before Musashi-Shiraishi Station, but there is no platform at Musashi Shiraishi Station on the Okawa branch line.

    The Tsurumi Line track ends at Ogimachi Station, but the freight line track on the right extends further into the factory area.

    ~Okawa Branch Line~
  • Running backwards on the up line/Anzen Station-Okawa Station
    After departing from Anzen Station, the train bound for Okawa runs in reverse on the up line of the main line until the Okawa branch line junction.
  • Large curve to the right / Anzen Station - Okawa Station
    On the right curve near Musashi Shiraishi Station, there used to be a platform for the Okawa branch line. The platform has been removed because current trains have longer cars and cannot safely stop at the platform.
  • Factory Zone/Anzen Station - Okawa Station
    Runs between factories and warehouses.
  • Okawa Bridge/Anzen Station - Okawa Station
    Cross the canal.

    Because the station is surrounded by factories, only three trains arrive per day on weekends and holidays.

  • 도쿄 외곽 메가루프의 한축을 맡고 있는 난부선과 공업지대를 누비는 난부지선, 츠루미선을 한번에 즐길 수 있는 DLC 입니다. 노선 자체의 길이들은 짧은 편이지만, 각 노선과 차량의 개성이 돋보여 운전하는 재미가 있습니다. 난부선은 수도권 노선대비 짧은 차량 편성과 곡선이 계속되는 선형으로 초견 플레이는 어렵지만, 그만큼 노선을 점점 익혀가는 즐거움이 큰 노선입니다. 난부지선은 운행 시간이 10분도 안될 정도로 짧은 노선이지만, 고가감속 차량 특유의 움직임이 재미있어 한번씩 짧게 기분전환용으로 즐기기 좋겠다고 생각했습니다. 츠루미선은 이미 잘알려져있듯이 도심속의 로컬선이라는 이름에 걸맞는 풍경을 자랑합니다. 느긋하게 즐기기 좋고, 우미시바우라지선을 포함한 츠루미선의 3가지 운행계통이 모두 수록되어있어 만족스럽습니다.

  • 다시 도쿄로 돌아온 DLC입니다. 다른 노선들은 E233계로 도심지를 달렸다면 이번DLC는 도쿄외곽을 달리기에 빌딩숲보다는 주택가 사이를 달립니다. 철로에는 잡초들이 우거져있고 커브구간도 많아 시원하게 달리는걸 원하시는분은 패스하셔도 됩니다. 가격책정이 약간 아쉽기도 합니다. 메인루트는 한시간 안으로 끝나고 E205계로 달리는 두개의 노선도 매우 짧은편이라 도카이도,조반선과 같은 장거리 노선이 아님에도 같은 가격이라 선뜻 구매하기 꺼려집니다. 이보다 약간 아래인 4만원 중반대였으면 좋았겠다 싶습니다.
