Encounter a variety of sea creatures, some with special mutations from residual wartime radiation.  Win them over with your FinnFluence and use their abilities to accomplish critical mission objectives.

Unleash your righteous indignation as you exact revenge on the hordes of SeaBots that seemingly spawn out of nowhere.  Sure their razor sharp teeth can decimate you in a matter of seconds, but that's only if they get close enough.
