Hexplorando is a cozy 3D puzzle game that lets you discover the landscape and cultural heritage of Spain. As you correctly place tiles of geography, natural resources, human settlements, and historical landmarks, you will unveil the rich heritage of Spain, a diverse country with a rich history – from the lush forests and green mountains of Asturias, spotted with hundreds-years-old stone churches, to the Roman ruins near the sand dunes and breathtaking beaches of Cádiz, among many others natural and historical marvels such as the Alhambra in Granada or the Sagrada Familia cathedral in Barcelona.
In each puzzle, you start with a set of tiles you can choose from. You can move and rotate them to place them wherever you want – but a tile can only be placed where its borders match with the surrounding tiles, so if you don’t carefully plan your movements, you can put yourself against a corner.
As you find the right way to fit all the pieces, you will learn more about the landmarks you’re finding on the way, and unlock the neighboring provinces to continue the puzzle.
Playing the Puzzle Mode, you will unlock heritage and landscape tiles that you can use in the Sandbox Mode. With procedural quests that will help you express all your creativity, Hexplorando’s Sandbox Mode offers you a relaxing experience that lets you create your ideal world.
