Reckoned in our time as the Sixty-First of Winter in the 28th year of Eithne, our guiding wind, our enduring roots, the priestess of our dun within the great Lucanwood, has returned to the soil.

Our people must look now to a new leader, a woman whose connection with our goddess Imsha, the Lady of Willows, divinity of earth, wind, and tree, will bless our lands that our crops may grow and purify our waters that our kin may drink.

Someone must stand to bade the spirits into reverie. Someone must sing the hymns within Her hallowed sanctum, that we live endowed with blessings and starved of Her wrath. For nature is a mistress as cruel as she is kind. And I dare not speak a word of the fear I feel at her displeasure.

Features of the Game:


❁ A story-driven RPG centered around a young woman determined to protect her people, and of the gods and men driven to see their will unfold, regardless of the suffering such ambitions may inflict. A setting inspired by the classical period; a time of hegemony, ritual, and ruthless politics. A world manipulated by a goddess who seems to want nothing more than to paint it a flowing crimson...

❁ Old-school inspired art with colorful 2D landscapes supplemented by 3D graphical effects, accompanied by a beautiful soundtrack, all of which will bring you into a world of deep magical forests, ancient vine-covered ruins, and sleepy villages housing grim secrets within their boughs. The music, sounds, art, and everything that goes with it is built to give a chill, relaxing gaming experience, accompanied by a splash of drama.

❁ An interactable world: Grow vines to access hard to reach areas and float objects around to solve puzzles and discover hidden treasure. Many more ways to interact with the world are planned in the full release.

❁ No random battles. Fight as much or as little as you wish, as enemy encounters roam the map. Outside of core story battles, of course; there are creatures and men out there that will seek the death of our heroes, after all, and such actions please the goddess...

❁ Time-progress battle system inspired by the great RPGs of yore with all the trappings of an RPG you would expect; a ton of different items and equipment, along with battles that demand strategy.

❁ A host of accessibility features for those who would make use of them, including the ability to set custom controls, turn monster and battle animations/movements off, and make UI color/menu layout adjustments. Difficulty settings exist for those who prefer to focus on story or for those who desire to fight tooth and nail to overcome death itself. Both keyboard and Xbox controller support are fully included so you can play the game your way. This is not at all an exhaustive list of what we've included to make the game more fun for everyone we possibly can, and more options are to come in the full release.

Please note that this is an early access, free demo of a game currently in development. As this is the first project of our indie studio, we wanted to share what we’ve been cooking ahead of time so as to build up our reputation and hopefully earn a little hype for what’s to come. Our full version, planned for a Q4 2024 release, will contain a host of classes for our heroes to choose from to keep battles fresh and exciting, many more ways to use magic to influence the world around you and solve puzzles, and a story stretching across four acts with an expected playtime between 20 and 30 hours.

That said, we truly hope you have as much fun playing our game as much as we did creating it for all of you. Kick back, relish the journey, and remember: time is never wasted so as long as you enjoyed spending it.
