More than just the music in the game, the Gunstorm E.P. features six tracks including the full and extended versions of the Gunstorm song, and the pop hit You Make Me Happy. The Gunstorm album is Mark Sheeky's first collection of songs and, was developed in 2007, at around the same time as 'The End And The Beginning' with U.K. and Australian chart vocalist Tor James Faulkner.

The album has a eighties electro-pop sound, and the intent for the main theme was to pay homage to the television themes from that era such as Pole Position, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, and Star Fleet.
