Avoid running red lights, unloading illegally, and hitting cars and pedestrians or else you will be chased by whatever Manella Police have at their disposal. They have cruisers, SUVs, and even APCs! But when caught, players have the option to either pay the fines, go to jail, or bribe the officer. Even in Manella City, cash is king.
