Loop through the same level and spot the differences that may or may not occur.
You start the game at Level 1-1, but for some reason the game just won't let you finish 1-1.
Instead it will start to loop inifinitely. But you can make it stop!
At each loop, there is a chance that something in the level has changed.
Find the change and enter the red pipe. If you think nothing has changed, simply continue to let the level loop.
Each correct decision will lead you one step closer to clear level 1-1.
However, if you make a wrong decision or if you couldn't find the change, you will need to start from zero again.
Choose the correct way consecutivley 10x, to clear level 1-1.
Changes occur randomly and in random order, so you can clear the game multiple times, but seeing different changes.

99 Lives - start the game with 99 lives
