You investigate a series of sinister experiments, navigating the labyrinthine slums and sterile corporate labs, through bloody rituals and scientific discoveries that were never meant to be made.

The emptiness left in the wake of a long and brutal war drives the survivors toward mysticism. Numerous sects and spiritual movements emerge, overshadowed by the Church of the Gnosis — a sovereign state with its own army and inquisition — seeking to control as many minds as possible.
