This is an FPS/ Maze game where you are at level 0 which is the first level in Backrooms. Level 0 is well known for its yellow walls, old damp carpet and fluorescent lighting. It is also at this level that most visitors will also be.

It's your job to try to find a way out. You have to make your way through different levels in this gigantic complex with aggressive creatures and men in protective overalls who will stand in your way and prevent you. At your disposal you have a knife, gun and rifle to overcome the enemies.

The game consists of 5 different levels with different degrees of difficulty. The levels are quite large and finding the right path in the mazes can be difficult.

The levels are large and contain everything from mazes, office complexes, underground labs, pitfalls and areas with houses.
