This demo focuses on the Earth-Moon system, exploring the possibilities of using gravity for gameplay. Heavy cheese pulls you down, and requires fuel to launch with. A simple economy allows you to upgrade your ship a bit. These are the fundamentals.

Explore the solar system and get rich on cheese! Play with orbital mechanics, feel the rocket equation as you lift off, do slingshots and avoid asteroids in orbit. And buy a laser to fight back against Captain Croissant!

In the final game, you will encounter a post-post apocalyptic Solar System, where mice have merged with an AI to spread life across the Universe. You are one of the last surviving humans, and venture forth as a lonely cheese courier, making a buck by helping colonies develop across the planets and moons.

The core gameplay is centered around moving heavy resources between planets in a 3D-rendered 2D environment, governed by simulated physics and economy. In this demo, all you get to trade is cheese and minerals, but the first elements of the larger gameloop is beginning to emerge.

  • Rockets are trying to escape the tug of Earth's gravity, maybe you can help them reach the moon?

  • Minerals can be mined in the asteroid fields, it could be a nice way to build up colonies, supplying the resources they need to expand.
