The Mercenary Conversion Pass is a permanent buff that doubles the amount of merit converted into influence. In other words, your mercenaries will convert the merit you obtained in half the time it would take without the pass.

An icon will be present on the screen, indicating the buff is active. You must simply own the downloadable content for the buff to be active.
