About The Demo
The demo will introduce you to Velocity's world and will give you a sense of XX Delicto's gameplay, as well as give you an opportunity to see whether or not your computer will handle the game on settings that you find satisfactory. It features two gameplay levels. a pared back upgrade system, and a "guest boss" whose defeat unlocks an outfit exclusive to the demo.
The Story
When ex-cop Velocity's cancer-riddled rebel girlfriend disappears she tears off across the Scorch, a stretch of toxic wasteland and favelas outside the American capital of Coastal Ohio.
Along the way she does battle with rampaging gangs of Lost Girls and her former colleagues in the ultra-violent COPD, before launching an all-out assault on the Rubin Complex where a garrison of pneumatic boffin kunoichi awaits.
Will Velocity rescue Tranquility before she falls foul of the Sisterhood of the Holy Entrepreneuriat's eugenists- and before her girlfriend's cancer has the chance to cancel the long-anticipated revolution?
Gameplay
Hack'n'slash shenanigans ensue, with Velocity attacking, specialing, projectiling, dashing, and blocking her way through 15 punishing levels and bosses! Powers will be upgraded, health bars will grow, and wardrobe items of varying quality and dubious taste will be unlocked!
