History: RCH 14T Class A/B Tankers were built between 1939 and 1944. The Class A Tankers were used for aviation fuel being heavily used for this purpose during the second world war. At the end of the war in 1947 all the surplus tanker wagons were then converted to be the Class B tankers.
These included that addition of heating coils which helped with the discharge of more viscous fuel and allowed for bottom discharge. The Class A tankers had almost entirely gone out of service by 1971 with the last of the B Class tankers following in 1973.
This pack includes 8 variants of the class A and B tankers as they would have been during British railways days, each wagon has 3 levels of weathering from clear to heavily weathered, wagons include animated coupling, handbrakes and brake gear animation.
