Become a Landlord to the Little Renters that are looking for a Room to stay. Take on the challenge in making sure they are happy with the Room that they are in, by ensuring at least ONE decoration in the room is one they like and none of what they dislike. It is also your responsibility to ensure the decorations are in mint condition to ensure happiness. A happy Renter is a well-paying Renter. Use the money earn to expand your rooms to invite more potential Renters. Try and keep up as your rooms grow so will the challenge of maintaining total happiness. Set the Rent Price for your Rooms, Evict unwanted or Annoying Renters, watch out for Decorations On Fire, keep on the lookout for Squatters and Thieves and try not to have any of your Rooms Foreclosed!

Set your desired rent for each room, but be mindful of how much your Renter is willing to pay!

Decorating Rooms

Mix and Match whatever Decorations you like in the Rooms, just as long as there's something that your Renter likes and be mindful of what they dislike.

Thieves

Beware of Thieves coming to steal some of your decorations at night! Quickly call the Police to have them removed before they cause any trouble and affecting your Renter's happiness! Some Renters however, actually likes the Thief and hates The Police, they are more likely to have a Thief appear in their Room!

Sick Renters

Renters can get sick, it's your duty to hire a Nurse to nurse them back to full health. A sick Renter is not a paying Renter! Renters can pass away leaving the room uninhabitable for a period of time! Some Renters are more prone to sickness so keep that in mind!

Fires

Some Decorations can go up in flames! Luckily there's a Fire Fighter on standby waiting to be hired so they can come to the rescue.
