When waking up, one thing is clear: You need to escape! Make your way through the rooms of the Sanatorium, equipped with nothing but the clothes you wear. Pay close attention to your surroundings and you might find some tools that can help you on your journey. 
Don't give up and ultimately find your way out of this horrific place!
