Main Playing
Dreams are sweet, good, bad or nightmare. They affect customer's satisfaction.
Swapping them, keep satisfactions.
Only when they wake up matters. After all, they won’t remember anyway.
Customers have like and dislike dream. And the satisfaction conditions and fluctuations vary depending on the customer's plan.
Customers on cheaper plans tend to have a higher tolerance for nightmares, but if they don’t get the results they want, they may demand compensation or cancel their subscription.
Upgrade
Every day, you can choose one upgrade from three options.
Something that stops time
Something that changes a dream to a different type
Something that analyzes customer preferences
Something that slows down satisfaction decline
etc...
Choose upgrades that match your playstyle and prepare for even tougher situations.
Revenue and Customers
Customer satisfaction upon waking directly affects your revenue.
For paid plan customers, if their satisfaction drops below a certain level, they will wake up immediately and demand the maximum compensation fee. If compensation alone is manageable, you can make up for it elsewhere—but some may choose to cancel their subscription entirely.
As your customer base shrinks, the new customers that appear are likely suffering from nightmares. Now, how should you handle these nightmares?
