The PDF (artbook) will be downloaded to your The Glitch Fairy Steam folder.
You can access it quickly by right-clicking The Glitch Fairy in your Steam library, then hover over "Manage", then clicking on "Browse local files".
A window will pop up, and you should see the PDF file, named The Glitch Fairy Artbook.
