A family consisting of a father, mother, and daughter once lived in the apartment and were killed by someone whose identity remains unknown.

In 1990, a family bought a house in Russia from Robert. After hearing strange noises from the basement and rumors of a curse, they left and moved to New York, they rented apartment from Norman Harold.
