About this game:
"Journey to the Moon" is an interactive game that combines lunar exploration with art and culture, as well as science popularization. The core of its development is "space life is coming eventually". Players will experience and explore the future cultural and art center built on the lunar surface by switching between first-person and third-person perspectives. Through four levels, "Journey to the Moon" presents to players ancient Chinese moon culture, modern lunar exploration projects, and future human space life. In 2025, this work will be presented on the screen of China's first art satellite "SCA-1 Satellite", which is currently in orbit, as one of the "Infinite Utopia" cosmic interactive spaces in artist Hao Ruichang's space art project (Phase II) (Xu Bing Art Satellite Residency Project). This work will also serve as a practical slice of the aerospace era and the emerging art field, exploring the feasibility of future "integrated space and ground curation".
Story Background:
With the gradual realization of the five major themes of national space science exploration and the construction of a habitable lunar base by the lunar exploration project, humans will gradually move to the moon in the future and establish a "Moon Path" museum on the lunar surface to commemorate the journey of lunar exploration and look forward to an even more exciting future life in space...
