When the democratic government of Isla Trueno is overthrown, an aggressive and hostile military command rises to power. 아마 내가 내리는 추천 하지 않는 것으로 평가를 하는 첫 게임이 될 것 같다. 어쩌면 마지막일지도... 2, 3편을 먼저 하고 그래도 시리즈를 다 해보자는 생각에 매우 저렴하게 1편을 구매해서 했지만 내 인생 최악의 게임 중 하나로 꼽을 수 있을 정도다. 참고로 난 2편은 꽤 재밌게 했고 3편도 조금 지겨웠지만 그럭저럭 즐겁게 했다.(파크라이 열화판 같은 기분?) 1편은 정말 게임 회사에서 돈 받고 팔기 민망할 수준의 완성도를 보여준다. 굳이 몇가지 장점을 꼽아보자면 크라이시스 보다 늦게 나왔지만 100미터 크라이시스 그래픽 수준. 즉 얼핏 보면 분위기는 준수하다. 그리고 나름 1편부터 나왔던 불렛캠이랑 스나이핑 자체의 쾌감은 나쁘지 않다는 정도? 최악인 건 그외의 거의 모든 것들인데 그 중에서도 최고는 버그다. 버그가 그냥 가끔 나오는 수준이 아니라 이 게임 자체가 버그라고 해도 될 정도. 그것도 진행 불가 버그이고 재실행을 하면 랜덤하게 없어지는 그런 버그다. 모든 미션에 있다고 보면 된다. 어지간해선 게임이 제공하는 싱글콘텐츠는 다 클리어하고 접는데 이 게임은 본편 엔딩만 보고 언피니쉬드 비즈니스는 첫미션부터 버그에 인공지능에 어이상실 후 이렇게 접는다. 이 게임이 짧은 건 그나마 다행이다.
