The Serpent and the Crow is a dark fantasy action roguelite where survival is only the beginning. Fight through relentless hordes across cursed biomes, each run shaped by the choices you make and the build you dare to construct

Every piece of equipment you find began as a blueprint, salvaged from the dark and forged into something permanent at the Blacksmith. Craft it, upgrade it, slot in runes to bend its stats toward your build. Most gear changes how your character looks, because what you survive in should show.

Every run begins with an Origin, your starting weapon, skills, and stats. Survive long enough and choose an Ascension, a powerful specialization that transforms your character and conjures a unique Aura. Both can be permanently upgraded through the Codex between runs.

As you level up mid-run, choose from a random selection of Traits, Skills, and Skill Modifications. Layer them together, find combinations that shouldn't work, and build something the tavern wasn't prepared for.
