A Funeral to Die For

It's another dark and stormy night at Cherry Hill. A casket has arrived, and two pallbearers have been called upon to deliver its occupant to the funeral home at the top of the mountain.

Sounds like a simple job, right?

The Hilltop Funeral is a chaotic, physics-based co-op adventure where every step is a test of coordination, patience, and friendship. Take control of two unlikely pallbearers as they carry a coffin through a treacherous cemetery filled with deadly obstacles, supernatural dangers, and plenty of opportunities for things to go horribly wrong.

The goal is simple: Get the corpse to the top. Preferably in one piece.

Two Pallbearers, One Terrible Job

Grab a friend or take on the challenge yourself!

Whether playing solo, locally, or online, you'll need to coordinate the movements of two pallbearers carrying one very important client.

Walking is easy. Walking together? That's another story.

Balance the coffin, time your jumps, and find your rhythm as you navigate increasingly difficult terrain. One poorly timed step can turn a perfectly respectable funeral procession into an absolute catastrophe.

Simple controls. Tricky coordination. Endless opportunities for disaster.

Keep the Body Safe!

Two pallbearers. One coffin. A corpse that just won't stay put.

Carrying a coffin is only half the job—the real challenge is keeping its occupant inside.

Tilt, balance, and juggle the coffin to keep the corpse from tumbling out! Every step, jump, and sudden movement sends the body sliding and bouncing around. You'll need to constantly adjust the coffin's angle, coordinate with your partner, and react quickly before your client makes an unexpected exit.

One wrong tilt, and things can go downhill. Literally.

Leave No Body Behind!

Oops. There goes your client.

When the corpse inevitably tumbles out of the coffin, your job is far from over. Put the coffin down, step away from your post, and go retrieve the body!

But recovering a runaway corpse isn't always easy. It might have rolled down a steep slope, fallen into a dangerous spot, or ended up somewhere you'd really rather not go.

Work together to recover your client, get them back inside the coffin, and resume the funeral procession.

A good pallbearer never leaves a client behind.

Watch Your Step!

The graveyard is full of unpleasant surprises.

Cross narrow bridges, avoid open graves, dodge falling boulders, and watch out for the supernatural beings lurking along the way. Each stretch of the journey introduces new hazards that will test your coordination, timing, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Choose your route carefully, adapt to unexpected setbacks, and try to resist the temptation to blame your partner for everything.

Remember: you're not just responsible for the deceased. You've got to keep yourselves alive, too.

Fix Things Up!

Your coffin isn't indestructible, and neither is the body inside it.

Every stumble, collision, and unfortunate accident can damage your precious cargo. Let the body deteriorate completely, and you've failed the job.

Fortunately, the experienced Undertaker knows a thing or two about putting things back together.

Collect planks, nails, cloth, and rope scattered along the journey to repair the coffin and patch up the body before things get out of hand.

Just make sure the boss doesn't find out how many times you've dropped the client.

Earn Your Rest!

Even the most dedicated pallbearers deserve a break.

Reach resting spots to complete levels and have your performance evaluated by the mysterious Assistant, who has been watching your every move.

Protect the body, complete the journey efficiently, and earn the highest rating possible. Then compete on the online leaderboards to see who can finish each level the fastest.

Whether you're a first-time Part-Timer or a seasoned Undertaker, there's always room for improvement.
