Devoted to the spirits of the dead—particularly A Santa Compaña, the ghostly procession that guides the souls of the damned to their final rest—the cult sought to harness the power of the afterlife.

They believed that through dark sacrificial rituals, they could summon and control A Santa Compaña, bending the forces of life and death to their will. At the heart of their power was a cursed relic known as O Corazón da Sombra (The Heart of the Shadow), a stone said to grant its wielder the ability to communicate with the dead and command the spirits that haunted the caves.
