Grow, and sculpt your body to win competitions. Reach the minimum gains required to win.

• Play workout cards to get Gains, e.g., play Arms to grow those guns.

• Don't push too hard - too much Fatigue can lead to Injury.

• Play rest and supplement cards to increase your Gains or decrease muscle Fatigue.

• Really into your Glutes? No problem become a Glutes purist and get those buns hun.
