In Pub Toilet Simulator 25, players race through the randomly generated layout of "Spetherwoons", a traditional English pub, in a fast-paced, first-person scramble to reach the toilet before their piss-meter fills up. The pub features winding corridors, multiple floors, and dead ends, with each level growing larger and more complicated.

Players must also keep their beer-meter full by picking up beers scattered throughout the pub. Delicious pub food can be collected for extra points, but wasting time on food increases the risk of failure.
