The Kyiv-Shepetivka route is a railway line in Ukraine that connects the capital city, Kyiv, with the city of Shepetivka in the Khmelnytskyi region. It is an important route for both passenger and freight transport on the South-Western Railway.

The route is 308 km long. Up to the Korosten station, it is double-track (further single-track), equipped with automatic blocking, and electrified with 25 kV alternating current. It represents the north-western direction of the South-Western Railway.
